The Use of Cell Therapies for Autoimmune Diseases: MSC

The Use of Cell Therapies for Autoimmune Diseases: MSC

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have shown promise in treating autoimmune diseases due to their immunomodulatory properties. These cells have been studied in autoimmune diseases, including rheumatic diseases, immune-neurological diseases and gastrointestinal diseases.

ABOUT THE COURSE

The Cell Therapies for Autoimmune Diseases: MSCs from Biology to Clinical Application course was developed by global subject matter experts. The eight-hour, on-demand course comprises theoretical and case studies designed to give you an overview of MSC biology and the exploration of using MSCs in autoimmune diseases, including rheumatic diseases (systemic sclerosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis), immune-neurological diseases (multiple-sclerosis, autism) and gastrointestinal diseases (Crohn's disease)

You will also gain an understanding of the regulatory requirements for using MSCs in clinical applications, specifically on the study design, conduct, analysis and recommendations for developing clinical trials.

By the end of this course, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the potential of MSCs for autoimmune diseases and their current status in clinical applications.
