The ISCT Institute of Training & Development has successfully concluded its highly anticipated "Hands-on Methods and Analytical Processes for Cell and Gene Therapy Bioprocessing" course, held from February 24–27, 2025, in San Diego, California. Delivered in tandem with course partners at the ThermoFisher Lab, this cutting-edge program provided an intensive 3.5-day course designed by ISCT subject matter experts to offer participants practical experience in critical aspects of CGT bioprocessing.

This prestigious accreditation underscores ISCT’s leadership in addressing critical skill gaps within the rapidly evolving CGT sector, while ensuring that ISCT’s courses are standardized, globally recognized, and accredited.

The Inaugural ISCT-CMaT Hands-on Laboratory Bootcamp for Cell Therapy - A Resounding Success!

From March 29 to April 3, 2024, ISCT in partnership with CMaT hosted the first-ever hands-on Laboratory Bootcamp for Cell Therapy Biomanufacturing at the Georgia Institute of Technology. During the week-long course, participants worked at the Georgia Institute of Technology Petit Institute for Bioengineering and Bioscience GLP facility and the Marcus Center for Therapeutic Cell Characterization and Manufacturing GMP facility under the guidance of Linda Kippner, PhD, Senior Research Scientist and Nina Li, PhD, Research Scientist.
