Hands-on Laboratory Bootcamp for Cell Therapy Biomanufacturing

This 5-day expert-guided hands-on lab training provides participants with a comprehensive overview of cell therapy manufacturing processes within GMP-compliant environments. Participants gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience across aseptic technique, cleanroom operations, T-cell expansion, QC testing, product harvest, release criteria, and documentation practices.

Watch: Experience Hands-On Training at Stanford LCGM — a state-of-the-art CGMP facility supporting early-phase clinical manufacturing.

  • Understand GMP & Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Learn workflow for cell handling, processing & release.
  • Practice aseptic technique, flow cytometry & transduction.
  • Review batch records, deviations & CAPA.
  • Develop competency in harvest, cryopreservation & assay release.
  • GLP/GMP lab safety and operations
  • Operation of essential lab equipment
  • Evaluation of cell quality in culture
  • Techniques for growing, harvesting, and cryopreserving cells
  • Large-scale cell production in bioreactors
