• ISCT is a global, not-for-profit society that supports the clinical translation of cell and gene therapies in collaboration with stakeholders from Academia, Industry, and Regulatory disciplines.

ISCT Annual Meetings are the largest global gathering of experts driving the translation of cell and gene therapies. Known for our dynamic, cutting-edge educational program and diverse delegate base, ISCT members and sponsors cite ISCT Annual Meetings as the “must attend” cell and gene therapy event of the year. 

All payments must be made in US dollars.

• Bookings Before December 20, 2024
  A 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 30 days of booking. The remainder is due in full by January 20, 2025.
  
  
• Bookings After January 17, 2024
  A 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 5 business days of booking. The remainder is due within 30 days. 
  
  
• Bookings After February 28, 2024
  Payment in full is due within 5 business days of booking.

For payments not completed within the respective policy above, ISCT reserves the right to release bookings for immediate sale with no refund of deposits paid. Completion of this application indicates acceptance to pay the full amount indicated.

Any cancellation requests should be made in writing, prior to January 20, 2025. Cancellation requests received after January 20, 2025, will NOT receive a refund under any circumstances. The organization is still obliged to fulfill any outstanding balances including late penalty fees.

ISCT retains the right to alter any sponsorship offerings as needed, as a result of circumstances beyond ISCT's control. It is mutually agreed that in the event that ISCT’s ability to hold the ISCT 2025 New Orleans Annual Meeting as planned in whole or in part or on the intended dates is impeded due to fire, explosion, strike or other labor unrest, freight embargo, act of God, act of public enemy, act of war, war, act of terrorism, civil disturbance, act of any government, de jure or de facto, or other government declaration or regulation, epidemic or other event over which the ISCT has no control, then in ISCT’s discretion, it may modify or delay the Meeting or immediately amend or terminate the Corporate Booking Form contract without refund or liability to Applicant, and Applicant hereby waives any and all claims against ISCT for damages, reimbursement, refund, or compensation. ISCT shall not be financially liable in the event the show is interrupted, canceled, moved or rescheduled.

• Exhibit Hall Badges exclude access to the ISCT Translational Pathway Program and Roundtable Program on Level 2. This pass does include access to the Exhibit Hall, Global Showcase Theatre, ISCT 2025 Conference & Partnering Platform, Partnering Village, onsite Networking Receptions, and conference meals (when served in Exhibit Hall)
  
  
• Full Conference passes provide an all-access pass to the ISCT 2025 Annual Meeting including access to the ISCT Translational Pathway Program and Roundtable Program, Exhibit Hall, Global Showcase Theatre, ISCT 2025 Conference & Partnering Platform, Partnering Village, onsite Networking Receptions, and conference meals.

NOTE: Exhibit Hall badges can ONLY be purchased by ISCT 2025 Exhibiting Companies or Global Showcase presenters. 

Included registrations can be claimed following the launch of the ISCT 2025 Sponsor and Exhibitor portal in January 2025. 

NOTE: Group registrations are no longer possible. Each individual is required to have an ISCT member or non-member account to register, and only one registration can be assigned per email. 

Yes, for groups of 5+ from the same organization, ISCT offers a 15% group discount on Full conference registrations.

NOTE: The discount does not apply to Full Conference Registrations for Students, Technologists, Start-ups or Exhibit Hall badges. 

• ISCT hotel block booking links are provided in each delegate’s registration confirmation email. Group hotel booking is not possible. ISCT does not provide this link to delegates who have not registered.
  
  
• ISCT is not offering sub-hotel blocks at this time. 

ISCT estimates over 2,500 CGT translation experts will attend our ISCT 2025 Annual Meeting from over 60+ countries spanning North America, Europe & the UK, Asia Pacific and South & Central America. 

As a CGT Translation focused society, we draw our delegates from access the CGT value chain across our three core pillars: academia, regulatory and industry. ISCT Annual Meeting delegates span the entire development pathway and represent academia, regulatory and industry organizations, collaborating to address the challenges facing the CGT sector.

Yes, ISCT offers One-to-One Partnering through the ISCT Conference and Partnering Platform to all registered delegates. The app is typically launched 8 weeks before the meeting.

• Due to strict privacy regulations in compliance with GDPR, ISCT does not provide past or current delegates lists.
  
  
• The best way to reach ISCT’s international translation delegate base is by attending our meeting. Registration includes access to our ISCT 2025 Conference & Partnering Platform which has a digital list of attendees and the ability to schedule meetings onsite.

Booth Types:

• Single (10x10ft), Double (10x20ft) (Triple 10x30ft upon request) on and inline or corner basis
• Quad (20x20ft) space only.

Booths are priced as Standard or Premium:

• Premium booths are denoted by their location on the exhibit hall floor, on or nearby a high traffic pathway such as catering, ISCT Hub or Global Showcase Theatre.

All booth types, excluding Quad Space Only booths include a hard-wall shell-scheme with a company Header & ID sign. Exhibit booth space is sold as unfurnished; carpet, power, lighting and A/V are not included. 

ISCT will be carpeting aisles in Exhibit Hall, therefore booth carpet will be mandatory for each booth and at the expense of exihibitor.

ISCT has contracted a third-party vendor, CVENT, which will provide sponsors the ability to opt-in to lead retrieval software available at the venue.

Once your invoice has been paid in full, ISCT will provide a copy of your Exhibitor Manual via email starting in January 2025. The ISCT Exhibitor Manual includes detailed instructions for the fulfillment of your ISCT 2025 Annual Meeting Sponsorship & Exhibit booth as well as registration and hotel reservation information.
