The ISCT Early Stage Professionals (ESP) Committee conducted a preliminary job market survey in 2018, as well as a follow-up survey in 2020, to assess the training experience of professionals entering the cell and gene therapy industry.
To continue educating members of the cell and gene therapy field about the landscape of education and training requirements, ISCT and CellCAN have continued this partnership.
The 2021 CGT Workforce Training and Development survey specifically targets early stage professionals working in clinical manufacturing settings. The survey aims to gather information about historic and recurring training opportunities pursued by respondents, as well as information about current roles and responsibilities. All participant data will be anonymized.
The survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete, and results will be made publicly available in a report published by ISCT and CellCAN.
