ISCT Annual Meeting Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fees and Credit Retention:   

All meeting registrations with ISCT are non-refundable. 
Cancellations may be eligible for credit towards future ISCT events, programs and dues. Cancellation fees vary depending on when cancellation requests are received in writing. The cancellation fees are as follows:

Cancellation Deadlines
On or before February 14, 2024                 $250 USD cancellation fee (balance retained as credit)
February 15 – March 27, 2024                   $350 USD cancellation fee (balance retained as credit)
March 28 – May 8, 2024                              $450 USD cancellation fee (balance retained as credit)
After May 8, 2024                                         No registration credit retained.  

Credit Uses: 

Any credit balance from the registration cancellation may be applied to future ISCT events, programs, or dues, including but not limited to:

-ISCT Annual meetings
-Select ISCT Regional meetings 
-ISCT Membership dues
-ISCT Training & Educational programs

Non-Transferable Credit: 

The credit is non-transferrable unless it is utilized within the same organization or institution

Credit Redemption: 

To redeem the credit, registrants or their organization representatives must notify ISCT in writing of their intention to use the credit for a specific ISCT event, program, or dues.  Credits held do not expire.  

Cancellation Request Process: 

To cancel your registration, you must make the request in writing and send it by email to meetings@isctglobal.org.  This is the only channel for cancellation requests.  No verbal cancellations are accepted.
