VISA INFORMATION

TRAVELLING TO MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA

ALL TRAVELLERS

To enter Australia, all visitors must hold a passport that is valid for at least six (6) months from the date of entry. Travellers must obtain a valid visa prior to travel. You may also be asked to provide proof of onward or return travel and sufficient funds for your stay.

Upon arrival in Melbourne, travellers will undergo immigration clearance, which may include biometric verification such as facial recognition and fingerprint scanning. Biosecurity checks are conducted for food, plants, and animal products.

There are currently no mandatory COVID-19 tests, vaccination proof, or quarantine requirements for entry.

If you require a visa, you may request a confirmation letter from ISCT once payment has been completed in full for registration. No letter will be issued prior to full registration being completed.

HOW TO PREPARE

  1. Check visa requirements: Confirm whether your nationality requires a visa via the Australian Department of Home Affairs website.
  2. Apply for a visa: Depending on eligibility, you may apply for an ETA (Subclass 601), eVisitor (Subclass 651), or Visitor Visa (Subclass 600) online prior to travel.
  3. Complete Passenger Declaration: Some travellers may be required to complete an electronic Passenger Declaration or Incoming Passenger Card before landing.
  4. Biometric clearance: Facial and fingerprint scans may be collected at Melbourne immigration.
  5. Digital Visit Pass: After entry, you may receive a digital Visit Pass indicating your permitted length of stay.
