 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I have been invited to present as part of an oral abstract session. Do I need to present a poster?
Yes, all poster presentations take place in-person at ISCT ANZ 2026. While presenters are encouraged to be near their poster to discuss it with delegates as often as possible, you are only required to be present at the times specified in the abstract presentation schedule (see top of page).
What do I need to bring to put my poster up?
You only need to bring your poster with you. ISCT will provide everything you need to put your poster up in the Poster Hall.
Can I bring a poster with me if I did not submit an abstract in case there are open spots in the Poster Hall?
No. All abstracts undergo a thorough blinded-review process and ISCT will not accept any un-invited posters.
Can I include my email address on my poster?
Absolutely. We encourage you to include contact information on your poster so that delegates can reach out to you should they have questions or comments on your work!
Can I include data that was not included in my initial abstract submission?
We understand that research progresses over time and delegates are encouraged to include new data in their poster, even if it was not available at the time of abstract submission. Please ensure the data is relevant to the research you submitted your abstract on.
Can I store my poster before/after ISCT ANZ 2026?
No, there will not be any storage space for posters at ISCT ANZ 2026. All posters must be removed by presenters by 12:30 Wednesday, July 22, and any posters left behind after that time may be disposed of by conference staff
Can I ship my poster to ISCT in advance of the meeting?
ISCT will not be responsible for the logistics of poster presenters shipping their posters to the conference hall. We advise poster presenters to either bring their posters with them or make arrangements with local providers that offer poster printing services.
How do I book hotel accommodation on the ISCT block?
ISCT hotel block booking links are provided in each delegate’s registration confirmation email. Group hotel booking is not possible. Only registered delegates will be able to access ISCT preferred rates and hotel reservation links. If you have not already done so we suggest booking your hotel soon, we anticipate our blocks will sell out ahead of the cut off dates.
Is there a code of conduct for ISCT meetings?
Yes, ISCT is committed to providing a meeting environment that encourages the free expression and exchange of ideas while promoting equal opportunities and respectful treatment of all participants. View the Meeting Code of Conduct here.
