ISCT Membership is based on the calendar year (January 1 to December 31).

*In order to ensure compliance with US Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Asset Control (“OFAC”) anti-terrorism requirements, ISCT will not admit membership to any persons who are currently included on the List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons or the Foreign Sanctions Evaders List maintained by OFAC, or any persons who are located or resident in a country or territory that is, or whose government currently is, the target of countrywide sanctions imposed by the US government.
