ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The ISCT Early Stage Professional (ESP) Leadership Development Program is designed to support the next generation of cell and gene therapy experts, giving them first-hand leadership experience through a range of opportunities and projects in their field of interest to ensure they excel in their careers.
The program offers Early Stage Professionals (ESPs) a chance to join an ISCT Committee in a formal ESP position for a 2-year term providing a practical and immersive learning experience.
By joining an ISCT Committee and participating in its strategic initiatives, the ESP will receive guidance from key global opinion leaders while collaborating on real-world projects that advance the field of cell and gene therapy.
ESP positions are available across Scientific, Industry, Regulatory, Regional, Ethics and Communications committees.
REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY
Must qualify as an Early Stage Professional (ESP): Individuals within 10 years from the completion of their terminal degree or entry into the field of cell & gene therapy
- Current ISCT membership required
- Must commit for a 2-year term
