PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Organized by the ISCT Early Stage Professional (ESP) Committee, the Mentoring Program is designed to help guide the career and professional development of early-stage CGT professionals by connecting them with ISCT’s global network of CGT experts.
The program hosts mentors from a variety of cell and gene therapy-related disciplines, including research, regulatory, clinical, laboratory & operations and, industry & commercialization for cross functional and global mentoring experience.
PROGRAM DETAILS
Created by ISCT members for ISCT members the Mentoring Program consists of a combination of structured and flexible meeting topics looking at the CGT sector as a whole, career planning and skill development.
Mentors and Mentees are matched based on subject matter expertise, matching the interests of the mentee with the appropriate mentor profile. Groups meet on a monthly basis and have additional opportunities to engage in their own time, alongside the wider mentorship group and at networking events.
Mentees build meaningful and lasting relationships with their mentors and fellow mentees that transcend the duration of the program allowing them to gain access to unparalleled connections and contacts in their areas of interest.
