August Updates from the ISCT Early Stage Professionals Committee
The Early Stage Professionals Committee kicked off the new cohort of Committee members this month, with 26 members from 6 countries and all 5 geographic regions. The Committee was also joined by members of the ESP Leadership Development Program who are ESPs selected to sit on ISCT Scientific, Regulatory, and Commercialization Committees.

Respond to the CGT Workforce Training & Development Survey
The 2021 edition of the ISCT CGT Workforce Training & Development Survey, in Partnership with CellCAN is live. The 2021 CGT Workforce Training and Development survey specifically targets early stage professionals working in clinical manufacturing settings. The survey aims to gather information about historic and recurring training opportunities pursued by respondents, as well as information about current roles and responsibilities. All participant data will be anonymized.

Stay tuned for the 2021-2022 Mentoring Program – Applications launching September 2021
July marked the official conclusion of the 2020-2021 mentoring program, our largest to date! The ESP Committee Mentoring Working Group is preparing to roll out the next edition of the program and will be sending a call for mentor and mentee applications mid to late September.
