A pioneer of iPSC research and the originator of the “Clinical Trial in a Dish” concept, Dr. Wu has fundamentally advanced how we study disease. His translational leadership spans academia, regulation, and industry, including service as Past President of the American Heart Association, Past Advisor to the FDA CTGTAC, and Co-Founder of Greenstone Biosciences, Cibus Therapeutics, and Aerys Biosciences.
At ISCT 2026 Dublin, Dr. Wu will open the Scientific Program with a Talking with Giants Keynote. He will share reflections on his scientific journey, the evolution of iPSC technologies, and how stem cells, organoids, and AI are shaping commercialization and accelerating drug discovery in translational cell and gene therapy.
