Cancellation Policy

All meeting registrations with ISCT are non-refundable. Cancellation fees vary depending on when cancellation requests are received in writing.

Registration for Government Employees

Eligibility

Government employees do not require current ISCT membership to obtain the Government registration rate. The Government Rate is reserved for individuals who are employed directly by a government entity, such as a federal, state, or local government department, agency, or office.

Employees of publicly funded universities and institutions do not qualify. Please reach out to meetings@isctglobal.org for registration instructions.

Additional Registration Rates

for Groups of 5+

Groups of 5 or more registrants from the same organization are eligible for a 15% discount on registration rates.

Please contact meetings@isctglobal.org with the names and email addresses of each person in your group prior to registration to receive the Group Registration Rate discount.

* Group rates DO NOT include e-membership for non-member registrants within the group.

** Group rates are not applicable for the following registration types: Students, Residents, Fellows, Postdocs, Emerging Economies.

Start-Up Companies
  • CGT companies incorporated less than 5 years ago, and
  • CGT companies with ≤ 25 full-time employees.

The ISCT Start-Up Rate is exclusively available to CGT companies developing technologies or therapeutic products. Sole proprietorships, investment groups, and consulting firms are not eligible for this category.

Low Income Countries

ISCT is dedicated to increasing accessibility and providing vital support for the education and advancement of professionals in the field of CGT in countries with emerging economies. ISCT Members residing in countries classified as Low, Low-Middle, or Upper-Middle Income by the World Bank are eligible for a 30% discount on registration rates.

If you are from a qualifying country, please contact meetings@isctglobal.org prior to registration in order to receive the Special Rate for Emerging Economies.
