REGISTRATION

Do I need an ISCT membership to register, and how are member rates applied?
No, ISCT membership is not required to register. However, all registrants must have an ISCT account (non-member) to register. Click here to make a non-member ISCT account to streamline your registration process. A unique email address is required to register.
Do ISCT members receive registration discounts?
Yes, ISCT 2026 Members receive member exclusive registration rates. When logged into your ISCT account, member rates are automatically applied at checkout.

How do I obtain a specific membership registration rate (e.g. Academic Rate)?
Membership rates are automatically applied at registration checkout for individuals signed in to their ISCT accounts, based on their membership type. 
If you do not hold an active 2026 ISCT membership, the non-member rate will apply.

Does ISCT offer a group registration discount?
Yes, for groups of 5 or more from the same organization are eligible for a 15% discount on registration rates. 
Please contact meetings@isctglobal.org with the names and email addresses of each person in your group prior to registration to receive the Group Registration Rate discount.

Note:

  • Group rates DO NOT include e-membership for non-member registrants within the group.
  • Group rates are NOT applicable for the following registration types: Students, Residents, Fellows, Postdocs, Emerging Economies.
I can’t find my registration confirmation - how can I retrieve it?
Search for an email titled “[IMPORTANT INFORMATION] ISCT 2026 Dublin Annual Meeting Registration” which will contain your registration confirmation and hotel reservation links.
Please also check your junk/spam mail folders within your email application if you have not received the email to your inbox.

I can no longer attend ISCT 2026 - what are my options?
ISCT Annual Meeting registrations are non-refundable.
However, cancellations may be eligible for credit toward future ISCT events, programs, and dues. Cancellation fees vary depending on when the written cancellation request is received. Please review the ISCT Annual Meeting Registration Cancellation Policy here.
All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to meetings@isctglobal.org.
Can I transfer my registration to another person?
Full conference registration rates are based on the registrant’s ISCT membership status at the time of registration. If a registration is transferred to another individual, the membership status of the new registrant will apply. As a result, an outstanding balance may be due if the new registrant’s membership status differs from that of the original registrant. 

Registration transfers are permitted within the same organization with no administrative fee. To request a transfer, please submit the request in writing by email to meetings@isctglobal.org
What add-on events will be available for ISCT 2026?

How do I purchase tickets for add-on events after I have already registered?
If you have already completed registration for ISCT 2026 and would like to purchase tickets to one of the add-on events, please email meetings@isctglobal.org  with the name of the event(s) you would like to purchase a ticket for.

VISA APPLICATIONS (DUBLIN, IRELAND) 

Does ISCT provide visa support letters?
A fillable letter of invitation to attend the ISCT 2026 Scientific Annual meeting can be found here  to support your visa application process. 

*Please note that any official conference registration letters, including confirmation of registration, will ONLY be issued once the registration is completed and payment has been received.
How do I know if I need a visa to enter Ireland?

I cannot obtain a visa—can I receive a refund?
Refunds for registration due to visa rejections are handled on a case-by-case basis. In such situations, please email meetings@isctglobal.org with proof of your visa application and subsequent rejection, which will enable us to process a refund for your registration. 

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

How do I make a hotel reservation? Where can I find the booking link?
The ISCT 2026 Hotel Reservation Booking Link is provided within your conference registration confirmation email.
The hotel bookings are served on a first-come, first-served basis, early sold-out is expected. We suggest registering and booking your hotel accommodation at your earliest opportunity.

Can I book a hotel room for a colleague who is not registered?
Each attendee may book one room ONLY. Additional rooms for staff, colleagues, or guests CANNOT be reserved.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes. You may change or cancel directly through the hotel booking portal under “Modify Booking.” Please review booking terms and conditions for applicable cancellation deadlines and fees carefully before you make modification. Any change in dates however will be subject to group block availability and prevailing rate at time of request.
How far are the hotels from the Convention Centre Dublin (CCD)?
Distances vary by property, but all ISCT hotels will be within walking distance (4-20 minutes) to the CCD.

Can I call the hotel directly to book at the ISCT rate?
No. To access ISCT preferred hotel rates, attendees must be registered for the ISCT 2026 Annual Meeting and book through the official ISCT hotel booking link; hotels cannot reserve rooms at the group rate on an attendee’s behalf.
The hotel booking link will be shared in the confirmation email once the registration is done. 

ON-SITE

How do I collect my conference badge?
Badges can be picked up at the Onsite Registration Desk, located in the Forum on the ground floor of the Convention Centre Dublin (CCD) in The Forum, near the elevators.

Can I bring children or a spouse/partner?
Conference access is limited to registered attendees only.  Spouses/partners looking to attend will be required to purchase a full conference registration.
For safety reasons, children are NOT permitted in the Exhibit and Poster Hall, and to avoid distractions and disruptions, they are also not permitted inside session rooms. 

If you are experiencing extenuating circumstances or would like a list of local childcare providers recommended by the tourism office, please contact meetings@isctglobal.org for support. 

What accessibility services does the CCD provide?
Physical Access: Wheelchair access to all meeting spaces, halls, and session rooms; elevators provide access to all floors.

Parking: 14 dedicated disabled parking spaces in the on-site car park. Facilities: Accessible toilets are located on every floor.

Assistance: Assistance dogs are welcome, and trained staff (Security & Hosts) are available to help with evacuations for those with limited mobility.

Drop-Offs: Taxis can use designated drop-off points at the main entrance.

Is bag or coat storage available?
Yes, ISCT provides daily bag and coat check. Opening hours will be available closer to the meeting.
Is lunch included?
Boxed lunches and coffee breaks will be provided on main conference days (May 6th – May 9th), enabling attendees to remain on site and actively engaged in conference sessions and networking.
Will dietary restrictions be accommodated?
For individuals with severe food allergies, please reach out to meetings@isctglobal.org by March 25,2026.
Although ISCT will make every effort to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.

PROGRAM

Does ISCT provide a downloadable version of the ISCT 2026 Meeting Program?
Yes, a downloadable version of the ISCT 2026 Program will be available online by April 20th, 2026 and on the ISCT 2026 Conference & Partnering Platform
Will there be a printed program?
ISCT 2026 will be fully digital to reduce environmental impact. However, all delegates will receive a Pocket Program, which provides a high-level overview of the schedule and venue maps. Detailed session descriptions and speaker information are available exclusively in the digital program. 
Will presentation slides and recordings be available post-meeting?
Yes, ISCT 2026 Delegates will receive access to select Translational Pathway Program presentation slides and recordings post-meeting. Note, not all sessions are available and may be modified to align with speaker authorizations.

NETWORKING

Does ISCT provide delegate lists?
No, due to GDPR compliance ISCT does not provide copies of its Meeting delegate lists. However, registered Delegates can be viewed within the ISCT 2026 Conference & Partnering Platform available approx. 6 weeks before the meeting.
How do I connect with other delegates?
There are many ways to meet and network with fellow delegates at the ISCT 2026 Annual Meeting.  

The ISCT Conference & Partnering Platform provides all registered delegates the ability to message  and arrange 1-1 or group meetings. Dedicated meeting tables are available in both exhibit halls within the Partnering Villages to support in-person networking. 

Additional networking opportunities take place during the ISCT Presidential Welcome Reception & Exhibit Hall Opening, Poster Networking Receptions, Early-Stage Professionals Networking Reception, and additional scheduled events (separate registration is required), including the 5k Run, Gala Celebration.

EXHIBITING

Where can I find all the information needed for Exhibitors?
Access to the Exhibitor Information Hub—which contains all pertinent materials, including the exhibitor manual—will be granted once exhibitors have completed full payment for their booth(s).
Can I share or split an exhibit booth with another company?

Exhibit space is contracted to a single company and may display only one company name and corresponding brand. Exhibitors may not permit any other party to exhibit within their space or to advertise, solicit, link to, or display goods or services other than those manufactured or represented by the contracting exhibitor. Exhibit booths may not be sublet or shared with another company except as expressly permitted below.

Only exhibitors approved by ISCT and whose name appears on the Exhibitor Booking Form may be listed in the exhibitor directory, on the exhibit hall floor plan, and on booth signage. Where shared booths are permitted, the number of 10’ x 10’ booth spaces must be equal to or greater than the number of companies sharing the space. In such cases, only the company that completes the Booking Form will be listed in the exhibitor directory, on the floor plan, and on booth signage.

Parent companies and wholly owned subsidiaries are the sole exception to this policy.
