Yes, members receive reduced rates for ISCT 2025 registration depending on their Membership Type.

Membership rates are automatically applied during registration check-out for members who are signed-in to their ISCT profiles. The membership rates are automatically applied based on your ISCT profile membership type. 

Groups of 5 or more registrants from the same organization are eligible for a 15% discount on registration rates.

Please contact meetings@isctglobal.org with the names and email addresses of each person in your group prior to registration in order to receive a promo code which may be used during registration check-out.

Please check for an email titled “[IMPORTANT INFORMATION] ISCT 2025 New Orleans Annual Meeting Registration” which will contain your registration confirmation and hotel reservation links.

Please check your junk/spam mail folders within your email application if you have not received the email to your inbox.  

All meeting registrations with ISCT are non-refundable. Cancellation fees vary depending on when cancellation requests are received in writing.

Cancellations may be eligible for credit towards future ISCT events, programs and dues.

To cancel your registration, you must make the request in writing and send it by email to meetings@isctglobal.org. This is the only channel for cancellation requests. No verbal cancellations are accepted.

ISCT 2025 registration may be transferred to another individual within the same organization. No administrative fees are imposed on registration transfers.  

To transfer your registration, you must make the request in writing and send it by email to meetings@isctglobal.org. This is the only channel for transfer requests. No verbal transfers are accepted, and your registration confirmation and/or badge may not be given to another individual.  

If you have already completed registration for ISCT 2025 and would like to purchase tickets to one of the add-on events, please email meetings@isctglobal.org with the name of the event(s) you would like to purchase a ticket for.

Refunds for registration due to visa rejections are handled on a case-by-case basis. In such situations, we kindly ask for proof of your visa application and subsequent rejection, which will enable us to process a refund for your registration. 

Reservation links to ISCT hotels at preferred rates will be provided within your conference registration confirmation email.

Only rooms booked within the ISCT block will receive the preferred ISCT rate. Any nights or rooms booked outside of the block are subject to the hotel's prevailing rates and policies.

Any reservations that are made for individuals who are not registered, are subject to cancellation by ISCT Head Office. Please note that only one hotel room may be booked per attendee. Additional rooms may not be reserved for staff / colleagues / guests. 

Yes. Booking deadlines are as follows:

• Hilton Riverside by 5pm CST, April 14, 2025
• Marriott Warehouse Arts District by 5pm CST April 14, 2025

After any available hotel rooms will be subject to availability at the best prevailing rate. We suggest booking your hotel accommodation at your earliest opportunity.

Hotel rooms are booked on a first come, first served basis. We cannot guarantee how long or how many rooms will be available during registration and we do anticipate the block to sell out ahead of posted cut off dates.

Changes or cancellations to reservations can be made via the hotel booking portal (under manage my reservation tab), any change in dates however will be subject to group block availability and prevailing rate at time of request.

Both hotels are located very close to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Marriot Warehouse Arts District is a short 3-minute walk away and the Hilton Riverside is a 5-minute walk away.

As ISCT requires attendees to be registered for our ISCT 2025 New Orleans Annual Meeting to access our preferred rates, hotels cannot make reservations on behalf of attendees at group rate.

Your conference badge may be collected on-site at the conference registration desk located on level 1 inside the main entrance of the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, off Julia St. within the great hall pre-function area.

To facilitate the planning of your attendance, please be aware of the following policy regarding children at ISCT Annual Meetings.

Children are not permitted into the Exhibit and Poster Hall for safety reasons and are not permitted into session rooms to prevent distractions and disruptive behaviour.

Children are permitted in the common areas of the conference venue if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

For extenuating circumstances, or for a list of childcare providers recommended by the local tourism branch, please reach out to meetings@isctglobal.org.

The Ernest N. Morial Convention Center provides service ramps to entrances and elevated areas, automatic doors, an array of passenger elevators, restroom facilities, as well as braille instructions and directional signage at strategic locations throughout the building.

Mobility scooter rental is available at MCCNO at the UPS Store, located in Lobby F. Guests are encouraged to make arrangements in advance: Mobility Scooter Reservation Form. Wheelchairs are also available upon request with the Convention Centre.

Yes, the nearest nursing room to our meeting is in the main lobby area outside Hall B-1. Regular access and no security required to open.

Daily bag/coat check will be available. Specific times for availability TBD.

A boxed lunch will be provided, in addition to coffee breaks, on Wednesday, May 7^th, Thursday, May 8^th, and Friday, May 9^th. 

For individuals with severe food allergies, please reach out to meetings@isctglobal.org by March 25, 2025.

Although ISCT will make every effort to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.

Yes, a downloadable copy of the program will be made available on the ISCT 2025 website and viewable on mobile within the ISCT 2025 Conference & Partnering Platform (more info TBC).

No, the ISCT 2025 program will be available as a digital copy only in an effort to reduce the ISCT 2025 carbon footprint. 

We are unable to provide a full delegate list, however delegates may be searched for by using the ISCT 2025 Conference & Partnering Platform (more info TBC).
