On-Site Safety Measures

Your Safety is our Top Priority

ISCT is committed to the health and safety of its members, partners, delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors. Advanced safety measures for all interactions will take place at ISCT 2022 San Francisco. ISCT is working closely with the City of San Francisco and Moscone Convention Center and will follow all recommended Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) safety protocols and comply with federal, state, and city regulations. ISCT will continue to monitor CDC, WHO and FDA recommendations and will update these protocols and measures as appropriate.

Masks

Will be mandatory for all attendees, staff, vendors, suppliers while on-site and regardless of whether it is required by law at the time of the meeting to do so.

Masks must cover both mouth and nose except when actively eating, drinking, or presenting. The mask requirement applies to the convention center, hotel or anywhere an in-person ISCT event is being held.

Disposable surgical masks will be available for free if you do not have proper facial covering.

Physical Distancing

Meeting rooms will be set with a mix of classroom and theater seating at their maximum capacity. Attendees can choose to sit next to someone or distance themselves if they prefer more personal space.

Sanitization

Even though the science now shows that COVID-19 transmission is unlikely to occur from touching surfaces, convention center staff will regularly clean and disinfect surfaces to promote healthy sanitation. All staff, delegates, sponsors, exhibitors, appointed contractors, vendors, and members are asked to be mindful of their hand hygiene and wash their hands frequently for at least 20 seconds. Where hand washing is not available, attendees are asked to use hand sanitizer which will be provided throughout the conference venue. Please adhere to sneezing and coughing best practices (into the inside of your elbow or tissue) to reduce the spread of germs.
