*An Early Stage Professional is defined by ISCT as someone working within the field, who is within 10 years of their terminal degree, or entry into the field of cell & gene therapy

For our first round of auditions, we’re asking that you film a quick 1-2 minute answer to the following question:

Selected candidates will have one more fun challenge – a mock interview with one of our hosts.
