Cellular Therapy Training Course

The biennial ISCT-ASTCT Cell Therapy Training Course aims to address the unfulfilled need for cell therapy training, covering the process of translational research to cell manufacturing and clinical trials in cellular therapy, including regulatory components. The course spans a full week of intensive teaching, collaboration, and networking amongst the Scholars and Faculty. Covering the full spectrum of the cell and gene therapy field from research through development, the CTTC seeks to expose Scholars to those topics that may not have been part of their formal education. Highly competitive, the program selects twelve international scholars to participate in the program.

The 2023 Cell Therapy Course will be held at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, USA.

Educational Program on Advanced Therapy Manufacturing

In partnership with the Andalusian Network for the Design & Translation of Advanced Therapies (ANd&tAT), ISCT is proud to offer this online Educational Program on Advanced Therapy Manufacturing free-of-charge for ISCT members.

The program aims to foster the training of professionals in the fundamentals of ATMP regulation and the specific knowledge necessary for the development of medicinal products for cell therapy, gene therapy, and tissue engineering.

ISCT Scholarship Programme 

EU Master in Manufacturing of Advanced Therapy Medicine Products (ATMPs) Scholarship Programme

This pioneering Master programme is designed for professionals currently working (or intending to work) in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)-compliant cell therapy, gene therapy, or tissue engineered product manufacturing, as well as for professionals with diverse backgrounds seeking to update their knowledge of, or entering, the advanced therapy sector.

ISCT is proud to offer full tuition scholarships for 3 ISCT EU Members to enroll in the 2023/2024 Master or Specialization Degree in Manufacturing of Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs) at the University of Granada/Andalusian Network for the design and translation of Advanced Therapies.

The ESP Mentoring Program is designed to help guide the career and professional development of early-stage professionals by connecting them with ISCT’s global network of Cell and Gene Therapy experts.

The program hosts mentors from a variety of cell and gene therapy-related disciplines, including research, regulatory, clinical, laboratory & operations and, industry & commercialization for cross-functional and global mentoring experience.
